Sunnystart LLC ("we"/"us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information TabletTokens collects, how we use it, and what we do not do.

Device Activity Data

Tablet Time uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks) to monitor and restrict app and website usage. All device activity data is processed entirely on-device. This data is never transmitted to our servers, never stored in the cloud, and never shared with third parties. We have no access to it.

Email Address

We collect your email address only if you explicitly opt in to receive updates or communications from us. We do not collect email addresses automatically, and we do not require one to use the app. If you opt in, your email is used solely to send you the communications you requested. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Support Communications

If you contact us by email or through any other channel, we may retain those communications in order to respond to your inquiry and improve the app. We do not use support communications for any other purpose, and we do not share them with third parties.

Purchases and Billing

Any purchases made within TabletTokens are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles purchase data.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking in TabletTokens. We do not track your behavior within the app, and we do not build any profile of you or your child.

Children's Privacy

TabletTokens is used by both parents and children. Parents configure controls and approve requests; children use the app to request additional screen time. All of this interaction occurs entirely on-device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information from children. No account, profile, or identifying information is created for the child.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect any personal information we hold — specifically, email addresses provided by users who have opted in to communications. We limit access to this information and do not sell it to any third parties. Because device activity data never leaves your device, it is not subject to any risk from our systems.

Legal Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy. However, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of our users, or respond to a lawful request from a government authority.

Your Rights — Accessing and Deleting Your Data

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. In practice, the only personal data we may hold is your email address if you have opted in to communications. To request deletion or have any questions about your data, contact us at privacy@sunnystart.co. We will respond within a reasonable time and take appropriate action.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses only for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your email from our records promptly. Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve follow-up inquiries. All other data is processed on-device and is not retained by us at all.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the app.
